We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, work history, and suitability for the position.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Assess candidates' technical and soft skills, cultural fit, and overall potential for success within the organization.
Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and any other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
Ensure all relevant parties are well-informed about interview logistics and candidates' details.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely feedback on their application status.
Recruitment Process Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications objectively and make well-informed hiring decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
